FEAR
Fear. We have lived in Fear for so long, we can’t remember how to live without it. Fear. We have been eating it by the spoonful every day, it has integrated into our very being. Fear.

Empathy. Compassion. Gratitude. Abundance. Validation. Spirit. Mindfulness. Connectedness. Spirit.
This is how we live without Fear.
Empathy is about standing in someone else’s shoes, feeling with his or her heart, seeing with his or her eyes. Not only is empathy hard to outsource and automate, but it makes the world a better place. Empathy is about finding echoes of another person in yourself. Empathy connects you to spirit.
Compassion brings us to a stop, and for a moment we rise above ourselves. Compassion is looking someone in the eye as you pass them on the street or in the market. Compassion makes you a better human. Compassion connects you to spirit.

Abundance “comes from within it comes from thought, intention, attention and expectation.” Deepak Chopra Abundance connects you to spirit.
Validation – you don’t need it from another person. Validation starts within. Validate yourself every day, if you don’t, no one else will. Validation connects you to spirit.
Spirit is you.

Connectedness As we let our own spirit shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our Fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Connectedness is your spirit
Honor yourself as spirit in body. Radiate to those around you. Live your life. Breathe.
